We have an important announcement regarding a public auction at BPS Karimun Regency.

BPS Karimun Regency will conduct a Non-Execution Sale of State-Owned Property (BMN) consisting of two building packages:

🏢 Permanent Office Building

💰 Reserve Price: IDR 12,231,000

🔒 Bid Security Deposit: IDR 5,000,000

🅿️ Permanent Parking Structure

💰 Reserve Price: IDR 329,000

🔒 Bid Security Deposit: IDR 150,000

All auctioned properties are in severely damaged condition. The successful bidder will be required to dismantle and remove the structures promptly at their own responsibility.

📅 Auction Date: Thursday, July 9, 2026

⏰ Bid Submission Deadline: 11:00 a.m. (WIB, server time)

🌐 The auction will be conducted online through https://lelang.go.id/.

Prior to the auction, #DataFriends are welcome to attend an open house to inspect the auctioned properties from July 3–8, 2026, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (WIB) at the Karimun Regency Government Office Complex, Jl. Jend. Sudirman–Poros.
